On Sunday Croatia held only the second referendum in its history, the first being in 1991. Croatians were asked whether they approved of Croatia’s accession to the European Union. Here is the result:

Yes – 66.27%
No – 33.13%
Invalid – 0.6%

The turnout was very low at only 43.51%.
