On holidays again until later in the week. So, there is just time to confirm that in Togo the opposition UFC has finally joined the government after weeks of speculation. Gilchrist Olympio, the leader of the UFC, has not himself entered the government, but Elliott Ohin has been appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs.
