Book review – Cindy Skach, Borrowing Constitutional Designs

There is quite a long and interesting review of Cindy Skach’s recent book on semi-presidentialism. The book is called Borrowing Constitutional Designs: Constitutional Law in Weimar Germany and the French Fifth Republic and was published by Princeton University Press in 2005. The review is by David C. Durst and appears in Review of Politics, Vol. 69, No. 1, February 2007, pp. 142-146. Currently, Cambridge University Press are making this edition freely available.
